Who am I?
My name is Laura Armstrong (she/her/ella). I'm a consultant, facilitator, and trainer. I partner with organizations to implement their goals by identifying priorities, improving systems, and developing people. I easily see and think in systems and interconnections. My core values are collaboration, equity, and justice.
With extensive experiences in leadership and organizational development, I partner with you to plan and navigate change with ease, while centering people and equity.

My work is dedicated to building healthy, vibrant, and transparent organizations in pursuit of a more equitable and just world.

I work in English and Spanish. I am grateful to reside on the ancestral and current lands of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, which includes Klikitat, Palus, Wallawalla, Wanapam, Wenatchi, Wishram, and Yakama peoples.
